AQUA-THERM BC-365 is a water soluble modified polyester varnish. This environmentally friendly varnish was especially developed for its excellent stability.

Applications:
The following cycle is recommended as a starting point for treating most equipment, but is for reference only:
Preheat the parts to 220°F.
Cool down to 110°F.
Soak in the varnish for 5-20 minutes.
Drain for 5-20 minutes.
Bake* for 4-6 hours at 275°F, or* for 2-4 hours at 300°F, or* for 1-3 hours at 325°F.
*Time is calculated from when the equipment reaches the baking temperature.
Dilution and paint maintenance:
For optimal results, BC-365 should be diluted with regular tap water before use. A starting solid content of 35% is recommended. Diluting one part water with one part varnish will result in approximately 35% solid content. After dilution, the pH value should be checked using a pH meter. If necessary, DOLPH’S VM-3008 pH adjuster should be used to adjust the pH to 9-10. If the pH of the local tap water is low, DOLPH’S T-362 diluent can be used for dilution.
